Local SIMs for high volume fixed sites

Most connectivity providers offer a global roaming SIM priced for occasional use. That works for a travelling employee using a few gigabytes a month. It does not work for an enterprise client running digital signage across 40 screens, a surveillance network streaming continuously, or a retail operation processing transactions all day.
